Most music collections get disorganized quite quickly as tag information are not utilized or maintained properly. The tag information could be really useful to sort, arrange and manage your music collection. So if you have a large collection like most of us and as disorganized, you are going to need a simple tool like this. One-click Tag Editor allows you to create and edit MP3 tags simply by right-clicking audio files, without launching an application. You select the "Edit audio tags` to get the functionality launched. The ID3 tags of MP3 and similar information tags in WMA and OGG files can be created, edited and managed. One-click Tag Editor has some advanced functions, such as rename, sort, autocompletion and others that make editing very easy.
The software utility is able to support both ID3v1 and v2 tags in MP3. You can take care of the tags in WMA and OGG without problems. The pop up screens that appear have the text fields displayed unambiguously. The pop-up interface has other tags besides the tag editor. These are general, summary and tag editor settings. Editor has sorting options such as "artist" or "album" name or both so that the music collection can always be sorted the way you want to. You also can use tag information to name the music tracks according to some predefined format.
